MAXFLOW MPro25 MK2 OG SPEC Edition Pressure Washer

MAXFLOW MPro25 MK2 OG SPEC Edition Pressure Washer We brought this into the store because I was sick of the compromise in the compact pressure washer market. For years, if you wanted real flow, you were forced to buy a massive, heavy, awkward machine that took up half your floor space. If you bought something small, you ended up with consumer-grade plastic junk that pushes a pathetic 1.1 GPM and burns out in a single season. When Erik and Sonny from MaxFlow came to OGHQ and tore this unit down on the table for us, I knew we had something special. The MPro 25 Gen 2 OG SPEC is the exact missing link we have been chasing for the garage ecosystem. This is a legitimate, crankshaft-driven triplex pump paired with a permanent magnet motor and an advanced digital controller that actively manages torque and deceleration. What does that mean in the real world? It means you get nearly instant ramp-down on the trigger release, vastly reduced operating noise, and a machine that is built to be maintained and oil-serviced, not thrown in a dumpster when a plastic seal fails. This is a serious tool for people who want to do things properly. Real-World Tested Specs Stop looking at the inflated numbers on the retail packaging. You know how we do things here. We look at the actual math at the gun. When you set this machine up for automotive detailing, the metrics show why this form factor is a massive breakthrough: OG Suggested Nozzle Size: 5.0 Orifice (Tuned for flow) Flow Rate: 2.30 GPM. Flow is what actually safely removes dirt and lubricates the paint, not raw, violent pressure. Working Pressure: 900 PSI. This is the absolute sweet spot for safe, efficient automotive detailing. Anything more is unnecessary and risks damaging delicate trim or clear coat. Tested Amp Draw: 13.4A continuous. This is safely dialed in for a standard 15-amp garage circuit, leaving you plenty of headroom so you aren't constantly running to the breaker panel to reset a tripped switch. Weight: 22.5 LBS. Light enough to live on a shelf, mount to a custom wall plate, or pack into a mobile rig without breaking your back. Service Life: Rated for up to 300 hours of heavy use with a fully oil-serviceable pump block. This is a lifetime tool, not a disposable appliance. Setup & Configuration If you buy a high-end machine like this and hook it up to cheap, restrictive accessories, you are leaving massive performance on the table. You are going to choke the pump, spike the amp draw, and ruin the user experience. You need to configure this ecosystem correctly. - Nozzle Setup To get your working pressure sitting perfectly in the 1000 PSI happy place while maximizing your flow, you need to use a 5.0 orifice nozzle. Running a restrictive 3.5 nozzle will skyrocket the pressure needlessly, drop your flow rate down by nearly a half-gallon per minute, and cause the digital controller to draw unnecessary current. - Foam Cannon Setup For thick, shaving-cream foam that actually clings to the panels, you need to match the foam cannon orifice to the machine's actual output. Do not use a tiny 1.1mm orifice on this machine or you will bypass the unloader and cause the unit to short-cycle. Run a 1.25mm orifice inside your foam cannon. This keeps the amp draw right in line with the machine's design parameters, allowing the MPro 25 to maintain maximum flow while creating the ultimate wash experience. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS A BARE TOOL This unit does not include a cheap, plastic factory spray gun or a stiff, kinking hose that you would immediately throw in the trash anyway. This is the bare machine only. Check out our Portable MAXFLOW KITS or a Wall-Mount setup to get the complete package!
