Foil Drive MAX Sport High Power 396 Battery

A unique balance of weight and runtime. Looking for a unique balance of capacity and weight, and a more responsive feel from your MAX setup? The MAX Sport 396 is the perfect choice thanks to its smaller size, and advanced "high power" battery technology. The smaller size keeps the system lighter and more responsive underfoot resulting in more natural through turns, easier take-off, and a more lively ride when pumping between sections or connecting waves. With less mass/swing weight in the front of the unit, the board feels easier to turn, pump, redirect, and unweight. For pumping, surfing, downwinding, wing, and parawinging, this makes a noticeable difference. Why Choose the High Power MAX Sport 396 Battery? The High Power MAX Sport 396 Battery is ideal for riders who want a lighter, more responsive feel with an increase in runtime compared to that of the original Sport Battery (Not High Power). It helps keep your MAX setup compact, lower drag, easier to pump, and more responsive through turns, while adding meaningful capacity for longer and more versatile sessions. For surf, winging, parawinging, downwinding, and lighter assist focused setups, it is one of the best ways to make an existing MAX kit feel more lively, efficient, and performance focused. IDEAL FOR: Surf sessions where board feel and responsiveness matter Lighter riders who don’t need the largest MAX battery capacity option Winging and parawinging where a lighter, more compact system is easier to manage Downwinding where pumpability, low drag, and board control are essential Riders who want to unlock more accessible control and performance from their MAX kit Anyone who prefers a more compact Foil Drive setup with more capacity than both the original Sport and the MAX Travel Battery. RUNTIME/AUTONOMY FEEDBACK: Efoiling: Not recommended due to short runtime Assist (Heavy Motor Usage): 25 - 40 minute session* Assist (Light Motor Usage): 30 - 55 minute session* The High Power MAX Sport 396 has 20% more capacity than the original MAX Sport Battery. For riders using the original Sport Battery, you can expect a session time increase 20%. *Battery runtime is variable and depends on rider weight, ability, reliance on the motor (Motor Usage), board and foil selection, conditions, riding style, battery age, and temperature.
