That’s because there is an elastic band all the way around the topper making sure it’s always nice and tight. + Will this topper be like memory foam toppers where I feel like sinking in a hole? No, our mattress topper is 2 inches thick and will not give that ''sinking feeling''. Memory foam has a completely different feel and it’s meant to cause a sink-in by its very nature. Our mattress topper is made of natural cotton fill. It will just add a nice soft layer of comfort to your bed. It feels very similar to the toppers used in resorts and high-end hotels. In addition, the topper has an elastic band all the way around making sure it’s always nice and tight. + Is Your Mattress Topper Cooling? Since we use natural cotton fill and natural cotton cover, the mattress topper will make your bed feel softer and cooler. It is designed in a way that allows good air circulation. + What is The Difference Between Your Mattress Topper and Mattress Protector? Our mattress topper is a thick padded layer to add on top of your mattress. Its main purpose is added comfort. It does not protect your mattress from liquids but changes the feel of your mattress to slightly softer and more hotel-like. While our Tencel mattress protector or cover is a thin fitted sheet-like cover that protects your mattress from spills, stains, and dirt. Its main purpose is protection and it does not change the feel of your mattress. You can have both on your bed. + Do my sheets go over the mattress topper? Yes, the first cover on the mattress will always be the protector to ensure everything on top will perform perfectly and the mattress stays protected. Then comes the mattress topper for added comfort. Then the sheets last. This means your sheets will feel and look as amazing as they should while your mattress stays fresh and clean. + What are the care instructions? Like any luxury product, care is important. Machine wash with organic detergent on a cool, gentle cycle. Low or tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean. + What is the mattress topper made of? Cover is made of natural cotton. Fill is made natural cotton. Designed and tested in the USA, Imported. + How does the 5-year warranty work? The warranty protects against any manufacturing defects and can only be used by the original buyer. Common wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Damages to the product caused by improper use or by abuse, misuse or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty and the sleep trial.
