Matilda II (British Expeditionary Force close support)

The Matilda II (British Expeditionary Force close support) miniature represents the early-war variant of the British infantry tank used by the BEF in France in 1940. Armed with a 3-inch howitzer for infantry support, it featured thick armor that made it resistant to most German anti-tank weapons of the time. Despite its durability, the tank's slow speed and limited numbers could not prevent the fall of France, leading to many being abandoned or destroyed during the retreat to Dunkirk. This is a fully assembled miniature model that requires no additional gluing or kit assembly. It arrives ready for use, featuring intricate details and precision modeling. It's printed as one unit and comes in the box ready for immediate use. This fully assembled model is suitable for use in miniature wargaming, scale model railroads, miniature scenes or dioramas, as well as for model display purposes.
