Material Studies II Case Bench

The Kalon Studios Material Studies II Case Bench blends industrial precision with architectural sophistication through its distinctive mirrored aluminum frame and continuous stone slab that creates a harmonious dialogue between reflection and storage. This versatile bench features an elongated form divided into three open compartments that establish measured rhythm beneath richly pigmented quartzite or marble, while the slender mirrored frame shifts perception of mass and dissolves into surroundings. The clean, deliberate silhouette adds quietly commanding presence without overwhelming living spaces. Whether you're positioning it freely within rooms where books, vessels, and sculpture become part of the reflective surface, placing it against walls where the storage compartments provide organized display for collections, or using it in entryways where seating and display merge into a single functional composition, the Material Studies II Case Bench delivers precise elegance and timeless contemporary appeal. This modern bench is more than just beautiful. It combines mirrored aluminum construction with continuous slab of quartzite or marble available in Mineral Blue, Iron Red, or Mineral Gold that introduces density and saturated tone while giving the piece weight and definition. The mirrored surfaces multiply and reframe objects within the silvered structure while extending interior space, creating spatial illusions that enhance room dynamics. Features no toxins, no off-gassing, and EDC-free construction for healthy living environments, plus custom specifications available to meet individual design requirements. As a result, you can use it for media storage, book display, or sculptural seating where both functional utility and sophisticated material exploration enhance contemporary interiors. Kalon Studios, based in Los Angeles, designs with sustainability, craftsmanship, and ongoing material exploration at its core. The Material Studies II Case Bench reflects the studio's commitment to investigating how material shapes form, space, and perception, part of their continued exploration of how materials transform both object and environment. Founded with vision for pieces that demonstrate precise architectural composition with deliberate presence, they create furniture where reflection and storage merge seamlessly. Through innovative mirrored aluminum construction and thoughtful stone integration, Kalon Studios helps you build spaces that feel both functionally sophisticated and beautifully considered with authentic American design excellence that celebrates the interplay between surface and void.
