Fold in chips: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Chill the dough (recommended): Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This helps prevent the cookies from spreading too much during baking and enhances the flavor. If you're in a hurry, you can skip this step, but the cookies might be thinner. Preheat oven & prepare baking sheets: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop dough: Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still look slightly soft. Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
