Pro standard target net Pockets catch the ball Net rebounds shots that miss Changeable color patches Weighted base Pro standard shooting target The QuickPlay target net has seven, color-coded targets. These help athletes practice accurate shots, and can be set up for different difficulty levels. Coaches can set up a range of innovative training drills that help develop players' techniques in front of the goal. Its high quality construction is ideal for leagues and home users alike. Catches your shot or rebounds the ball back If your players' shots are on-target, the pockets will catch the balls, but the net is weighted so it will rebound shots back if the players miss the mark. This instant, realistic feedback is great for reinforcing success. Interchangeable color-coded targets on each pocket The color-coded tabs allow the coach to tell the player where to aim for, the moment before a shot. This allows the coach to develop a range of creative shooting drills that entail quick decisions and aim corrections. The color tabs' locations can be changed up, so the players don't simply learn a set location; they'll need to pick their heads up and look before they shoot. It's great for accuracy training, and for reinforcing good awareness habits. Fits any standard goal 12x6 goal The target net fits any solid frame, 12'x6' goal, and can quickly be attached with bungees.
