Mastic Tears Mitilini Dry Gin

Mastic Tears Mitilini Dry Gin offers a drier interpretation of the classic Mitilini Mastic Tears, boasting an elegant yet bold aromatic profile thanks to the inclusion of mastic distillate. The mastic tree, a resilient evergreen shrub standing at 2-3 meters in height with a lifespan exceeding 100 years, serves as the source of this unique ingredient. Harvested before the first autumn rain using specialized carving tools, the mastic sap forms the foundation for fermentation and distillation in the creation of this gin. The result is a gin with a distinctive character, characterized by the aromatic nuances of mastic combined with a dry and sophisticated profile. Perfect for those seeking a refined and adventurous gin experience.
