MasterCrate - Clearance

The MasterCrate®, a Crating System developed to withstand the rigors of shipping and handling, is the perfect alternative to a custom-made crate. Available in 5 sizes and delivered pre-assembled, it provides a quick and reliable crating system ideal for both the domestic and international shipment of fine art. It's designed to completed encase Masterpak art shipping containers in wood, adding strength and protection. Each Masterpak container includes layers of foam adjustable for a custom fit.  The MasterCrate has passed all FedEx International tests including 30 drop, 90 minute Random Vibration, 191 lb Compression and Hazard Impact Tests and meets International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) and is so stamped (with the "Bug Stamp"). Designed and manufactured in the USA using 1/4" (6mm) Birch Face B/C grade Poplar core plywood. The sturdy warp-resistant frame is made with knot free Lodgepole Pine. Our signature ware head screws are used for easy opening and closing the front face with a Pillips screw driver. We use 2-1/2" Grip Rite® coarse Thread Screws to attach the frame 1-1/2" to attach the back face.
