Massey Ferguson and SISU engine diagnostics cable

Jaltest Massey Ferguson and SISU Engine Diagnostics Cable (JDC518A9) The JDC518A9 is the genuine Cojali Jaltest diagnostic cable for Massey Ferguson equipment with SISU (AGCO Power) engines, with the A9 designation confirming V9 Link compatibility. SISU engines — now branded as AGCO Power — are Finnish-made diesels used extensively across the AGCO family: Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and Fendt all use AGCO Power engines in significant portions of their lineups. This cable is distinct from the JDC513A (standard Massey Ferguson cable, $100) — the JDC518A9 is specifically for the SISU/AGCO Power engine ECU, which requires a different diagnostic connection. If you are diagnosing MF equipment with SISU engines and the standard MF cable is not connecting to the engine ECU, the JDC518A9 is what you need. What This Cable Does The JDC518A9 connects the Jaltest Link V9 interface to Massey Ferguson tractors and equipment powered by SISU (AGCO Power) engines, enabling engine ECU-level diagnostics via Jaltest AGV software. Compatible Equipment: Massey Ferguson agricultural equipment powered by SISU (AGCO Power) engines Interface Compatibility: Jaltest Link V9 (A9 designation) Compatible Software: Jaltest AGV platform Application: Higher-horsepower Massey Ferguson tractors with SISU/AGCO Power diesel engines (common in MF 5700, 6700, 7700, 8700 series and similar) Diagnostic Functions: Engine ECU fault code reading and clearing, live data monitoring, and all Jaltest-supported SISU engine functions Genuine Cojali Part: OEM manufactured cable Part Number: JDC518A9 MSRP: $155.00 (2025 Cojali USA Pricelist) Related Cable: JDC513A — Massey Ferguson diagnostics cable ($100) for the general MF platform connection (both cables may be needed for full MF coverage) SISU Engines and the AGCO Power Platform AGCO Power (formerly SISU Diesel) manufactures diesel engines ranging from 4 to 9 cylinders, from approximately 75 to 400+ horsepower. These engines are used as the primary powerplant in Massey Ferguson's mid-to-high horsepower tractor lineup, and also appear in Valtra and some Fendt models. They are notable for their Scandinavian engineering — robust, efficient, and electronically sophisticated, requiring proper diagnostic tooling for accurate ECU access. The Jaltest AGV kit (part number 29210, $4,500 MSRP) covers AGCO family brands at dealer depth, and the JDC518A9 provides the specific SISU engine diagnostic connection. Do You Need Both the JDC513A and JDC518A9? Potentially yes, depending on what you need to diagnose. The JDC513A ($100) connects to the general Massey Ferguson platform; the JDC518A9 ($155) specifically targets the SISU engine ECU.
