Maxon, OD9Pro+, Overdrive Pro Plus

The Maxon OD9Pro+ takes the legendary Tube Screamer-style overdrive to the next level, delivering enhanced versatility, increased headroom, and refined tonal control. Built on the classic OD9 foundation, this upgraded version offers a more open, dynamic response with expanded gain and clarity—perfect for modern players who want vintage character with added flexibility. The OD9Pro+ features two selectable modes: a traditional mode for the familiar warm, mid-focused overdrive, and a boost-enhanced mode that delivers more output, tighter low end, and increased presence for cutting through the mix. Whether you’re using it as a clean boost, stacking it with other drives, or pushing your amp into rich saturation, the OD9Pro+ responds with smooth, articulate tone. With its simple three-knob layout (Drive, Tone, Level) and rugged Maxon construction, this pedal is equally at home on stage or in the studio.
