Masha Tea: Aprés

An herbal blend meant to settle your belly. APRÈS, meaning after, refers to after a meal, but could also be more broadly applied to after a long day, after an upset, after a trip.  Licorice - A strong and cooling herb that has anti-inflammatory effects and is often used to both aid in digestion and regulate hormones Peppermint - Studied for a variety of ailments, used in this tea because of its gentle calming, cooling, and settling qualities  Fennel - Used across cultures to help digest after meals.  SUGGESTED USE - 2 teaspoons per cup. Brew 5 mins. Drink 3 times a day or brew a large batch and drink throughout the day. This is also really lovely iced. Masha Tea was created by Maria Geyman, a board-certified naturopathic doctor and longtime Vogue contributor, writing on culture, food, and beauty.
