Description Specifications This used Martin HD-28 Acoustic from 2001 is in Near Mint condition and an absolute cannon of a guitar - great for playing at home, in the studio, or for gigging. Made with a Sitka Spruce gloss top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides, it features traditional Herringbone inlay, a classic Style 28 rosette, and HD style zig-zag purfling on the back. This guitar is a great choice for musicians who want a diverse player that's not only versatile, but doesn't sacrifice tone for volume - and, as a dreadnought, it delivers plenty of volume. Its scale measures 25.4", with a 1 11/16" bone nut and 2 1/8" string spacing. The belly-style bridge is made from Ebony, as is its fingerboard, while the neck is select hardwood with a comfortable low profile. The tortoise-style pickguard (with original plastic covering) complements its overall classic appearance and Style 28 accompaniments.
