Martin D-18E Modern Deluxe

The Martin D-18 Modern Deluxe takes one of the company's most iconic dreadnoughts and elevates it with a thoughtful blend of vintage-inspired craftsmanship and modern innovation. Built around a European red spruce top with Martin's Vintage Tone System and genuine mahogany back and sides, it delivers the dry, punchy character that has made the D-18 a benchmark for generations while adding increased resonance, sustain, and responsiveness. The result is a dreadnought that feels immediately familiar yet offers a refined playing experience all its own. Part of the Modern Deluxe Series, this model incorporates several premium enhancements, including Golden Era-style Adirondack spruce bracing with VTS, natural protein glue construction, a lightweight carbon fiber bridge plate, and Liquidmetal bridge pins that help maximize energy transfer and projection. Elegant appointments such as East Indian rosewood binding, EVO Gold frets, gold Waverly tuners, and the 1933-style script logo give the instrument a distinguished appearance, while the asymmetrical Vintage Deluxe neck profile provides exceptional comfort up and down the neck.
