Martelli House Plan

A sculpted, recessed entry defines the finely detailed Spanish eclectic facade of the Martelli plan, and a quatrefoil window confirms a Moorish influence. Inside, an open arrangement of the foyer and the formal rooms permits natural light to flow freely through the space. Walls of glass to the rear of the Martelli plan open the public and private realms to spectacular views, while nearby the gourmet kitchen easily serves planned events both inside and out. Richly textured amenities such as a stone mantel, highly crafted cabinetry and stepped ceilings, provide a chic arena for formal or casual gatherings. To the rear of the Martelli plan, the leisure room opens from the kitchen, which is geared for crowd-sized events or family movie nights. The living room and leisure room flows through retreating glass walls onto the lanai. A gallery hall runs the width of the plan, linking a cluster of secondary bedrooms to the master retreat. The entire right wing of the Martelli plan houses the master suite. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area with windows overlooking the rear Lanai. There is a his and hers divided walk-in closet for plenty of extra storage. The master bath has a large corner Whirlpool soaking tub. There are double sinks, a large walk-in shower, separate linen closet, and water closet. The kitchen is open to the breakfast nook and leisure room. The kitchen has a large island for extra counter space. A large walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage space. A family valet, conveniently located, provides the perfect place to drop your keys and packages. This lovely Martelli floor plan contains 3497 square feet of living area, and the plan has four bedrooms with three and 1/2 bathrooms. This plan is designed with a slab/stem wall foundation.
