Marrs-Bar™ Lite

Lighter and more compact than the original Marrs-Bar™, the Marrs-Bar™ Lite delivers the same squat support in a smaller package, perfect for smaller lifters and anyone tight on space. Built with a 45-degree drop, this bar mimics a low bar squat to eliminate strain and lock in stability. By stabilizing your center of gravity, it minimizes stress on your knees and spine so you can keep squatting pain-free. Removable high-density padding supports both front and back-loaded moves while protecting your neck and shoulders. Pack up to 400 LB of Olympic weight plates onto your bar. The Marrs-Bar Lite features grooved, hard chrome weight sleeves with 12.5" of loadable length–and has 43mm grip handles for steady control through every rep.
