Marrs-Bar™

Pain holding you back from more reps? Bring back squats with the specialty Marrs-Bar. This bar places the weight lower than straight bars and safety squat bars to mimic a low bar squat for less pain and more stability. This dynamic bar can be used on your front or back and is ideal for anyone in rehab or physical therapy. The 45-degree camber drop stabilizes your center of gravity and forces proper form to minimize pain in your back and spine and the high-density removable foam padding reduces the risk of shoulder and neck injuries. Equipped with 16.25" anti-scratch chrome sleeves and designed for Olympic weight plates, this specialty bar is rated at 1,200 LB for heavy lifting. 43mm easy-grip handles provide reliable control and comfort when needed, and many exercises can be done hands-free once your weights are loaded, perfect for anyone who needs to minimize wrist and elbow strain. The Marrs-Bar is the original, patented, top-of-the-line Safety Squat Olympic Bar with a thicker harness that will reduce the risk of wrist, elbow, shoulder, and neck injuries. Updated Version: Starting January 7, 2025, the Marrs-Bar will include a replaceable snap-on pad. For instructions on how to assemble the Marrs-Bar please view our instructional video.
