Beef Marrow Bones

Beef marrow bones are from the shank portion of the hind leg or the foreleg.  Marrow bones are approximately 1 1/4- 1 1/2 lbs each and 6 inches long.  Marrow bones are used for soup and stocks and can be split down the middle for ease if cooking to eat the marrow.  Marrow bones are also perfect for dogs, and no question a local Chicago dog favorite! If you would like them cut please be specific in the instructions. If you would like the split to expose the marrow, please say split length wise to expose marrow. If you want smaller pieces, say cut across the bone into however many pieces you would like.
