MAROU Pho Spice

Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat was among the first “bean to bar” concerns in Asia and one of the few in the world to make chocolate at origin. What began as a dream for two wayward Frenchmen has snowballed into a brand of pure dark chocolate entirely made from Vietnam’s finest ingredients. When deciding which Marou bars to choose the Pho Spice bar could not be passed.  Pho is one of our go to meals here in Chicago and we love the integration of these spices into Vietnamese chocolate.       PHO SPICE 65%  Here, Marou blends the fragrant spices (cardamom, star anise, coriander, cinnamon, and cloves) significant to the taste of traditional Pho with their signature single-origin dark chocolate.  The result is a surprisingly delightful blend of flavor.   Ingredients: Cacao Nibs, Cane Sugar, Cacao Butter, Coriander, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves Contains dairy.  Manufactured in a facility that also processes coconut, cashews, peanuts & oats
