S15C | 15W American Class A Handwired Tube Amp Combo

The Only American-Made Handwired Amp Under $1,000 The S15Classic is a handwired Class A tube amplifier that delivers boutique tone at a price working musicians can actually afford. At $999, it's the only American-made, hand-stuffed amp under a grand—period. Overseas-made tube amps exist at this price, but nothing else is handwired and built domestically. Powered by a single 6L6 tube pushing 15 watts of pure Class A power, the S15C responds to your touch like a vintage amp should. Roll back your guitar volume for crystalline cleans. Dig in and it breaks up with rich harmonic overtones. The 12AX7 preamp delivers more gain and headroom than its predecessor, giving you a wider palette of tones before you even touch a pedal. Built Different Every S15Classic is hand-stuffed, hand-soldered, and hand-tested in Asheville, NC. We use Orange Drop caps for midrange clarity, Mojotone King Caps for dead-quiet operation, and Hammond/Heyboer transformers that give this amp its signature punch. The 12" Mojotone Anthem speaker is voiced for clarity and authority whether you're at bedroom volume or cutting through a full band. The Controls That Matter The wide-sweep LPF (Low Pass Filter) handles your treble. But the real magic is the HPF (High Pass Filter)—not just a bass knob, it's a tonal gateway. Push extra low end into the power section and transform from tight, modern lows to spongy vintage grit and squared-off fuzz-like drive. Most amps need a pedal stack to get there. The S15Classic does it on its own.
