Marina Strawberry Tree Multi

Arbutus 'Marina' is a large, evergreen tree with a broad dense crown and attractive bark. The older bark peels away to reveal the beautiful shiny red new bark underneath. The pendulous clusters of urn-shaped white-blushed-pink flowers are produced year-round along the coast with peaks in spring and fall. The flowers are followed by round, granular red fruit that resemble strawberries. Considered to be drought tolerant, but looks best with occasional summer watering. This Marina Strawberry Tree Multi-form may have more than one trunk or low branches that give the appearance of a multi-trunk tree. Multi-trunk trees are generally shorter than the standard, single trunk tree that resembles a lollipop shape.
