Marc Pro Plus Muscle Recovery, Conditioning, and Pain Relief EMS Device The Marc Pro Plus is a very easy to use, electrical muscle stimulator device designed for conditioning, recovery, performance AND pain relief. The Marc Pro Plus offers two different settings, 2Hz & 60Hz. The LOW, 2Hz setting provides the same benefits as the standard Marc Pro while the HIGH 60Hz setting provides pain relief to the affected area. The Marc Pro Plus can also be put into manual mode where you can control the Hz between 1-70Hz. . The patented technology provides active recovery for muscles without fatiguing them. Your results will speak for themselves. The Marc Pro Plus includes a high frequency setting that provides pain relief for up to hours after the device is turned off. The idea is that as you exercise or train, muscle tissue is being stressed; it is during the recovery period that strengthening takes place, hence why proper recuperation is an important part of any training regimen. The Marc Pro Plus aims to reduce recuperation time and ensure users are seeing the best results from every workout. Lay on a comfy couch with your feet out in front of you. Place a pillow or something soft underneath your knees and slightly externally rotate legs. One under the lower hamstring and another supporting your ankles.
