Maravella House Plan

The Maravella plan's exquisite pediment, columns and Palladian windows only begin to describe this home's attention to detail. Arches, columns and ceiling treatments define the living space throughout the plan. The leisure room boasts three sets of French doors opening to the back porch and the master suite features its own private deck. Built-ins, spacious walk-ins and a large, accessible kitchen add to the appeal. Enter into your two-story cove-lit foyer to observe the wide, open living spaces that make the Maravella home appear to be twice its size, inside and out. The Maravella plan boasts a substantial leisure room with three sets of French doors opening to the back porch. The cozy fireplace heats up not only the leisure room but also the breakfast nook and open kitchen. Maintain privacy while enjoying the ease of movement to serve guests in the elegant dining room through a double-action kitchen door. This is just one of the kitchen's vast amenities. There is a large walk in pantry for all of those small appliances, canned goods and dry goods. The pass thru from the kitchen to the breakfast nook gives the open concept feel to the entire area. The master suite of the Maravella plan features its own private deck. The master bedroom features a tray ceiling, and French doors leading to the rear deck. Walk-in closets, a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower with shampoo niche, and separate vanities help comprise the master bath. A full bath with separate vanities serves secret passage to two upstairs bedrooms. Ideal for a traditional neighborhood design, the Maravella plan accommodates a rear entry garage. Above the garage is an optional bonus room. The Maravella plan has 3267 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and a powder bath. The plan comes designed with a crawlspace foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
