Pure Maple Cream

Maple Cream is a Handcrafted Spread Made from NY Maple Syrup Smooth. Spreadable. Pure. Our Maple Cream is a rich, creamy spread made from just one ingredient: 100% pure New York maple syrup. Also known as maple butter, it’s hand-whipped in small batches for a naturally smooth, spoonable texture that melts in your mouth. What Is Maple Cream? Maple cream is a decadent spread made by transforming pure maple syrup into a thick, glossy consistency — without any dairy or added ingredients. Though some call it maple butter, it's the same sweet treat: silky, rich, and full of maple flavor. How It's Made We heat our maple syrup beyond the boiling point, then cool it rapidly using fresh spring-fed stream water. Once cooled, it's carefully whipped until it turns into a smooth, spreadable cream with a soft, luxurious texture.
