His secret to a good steak is the way he serves them: pulled from the grill and left to rest for a few minutes, he slices them into strips and lets them sit in the drippings to soak up all the flavor. Everyone huddles around the tray sneaking bites before grace is even said and plates are fixed. We were thrilled when Jim came to our team to help design his ideal cut-and-serve board. The unique hollowed design features a raised perimeter to help keep those juices with the steaks and off your countertops. Mallorie loves this board, too, because it makes the perfect charcuterie option. Its raised edges keep everything in place, which means no more rogue grapes or crackers falling to the floor as you make your way from kitchen to table.  Perfectly designed for an easy presentation both at home and when traveling to a party, the Carving Block is perfect for that grill or charcuterie fanatic in your life! Never put your serving tray in the dishwasher. The best way to care for these heirloom pieces is with simple soap and water after use. You can find full care instructions here.  Each piece is made from American hardwood and will vary in grain pattern and color. These features make each piece unique, and we think that makes them even more special.
