Maneater 2oz gin 1.5oz Watermelon Rose Tonic 1oz Ginga Syrup .75oz lemon juice 10 mint leaves Dash of Tajin -Rim a collins glass with Tajin -Combine all ingredients but half the mint to shaker and dry shake -Pour over a glass with ice -Add sparkling water and garnish with mint
