Māmane Blossom Honey

Introducing a special edition varietal: Māmane. Just 600 jars of this rare honey were produced this year, and they are the only certified organic Māmane honey in the world. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Endemic to Hawai'i, Māmane flower nectar is harvested by our bees in the high-elevation dry forests of Mauna Kea. This light honey made from its bright yellow flowers' nectar is complex, with refined grassy notes and an after taste of bright mint. Our Māmane raw, Hawaiian honey is lightly crystallized and maintains a delightfully spreadable texture. Net Weight: 16 ounces
