Mallow Extract

CAS No.: 7732-18-5, 56-81-5, 84082-57-5 Mallow extract extract has moisturizing, emollient and soothing properties, mainly thanks to the mucilage content. The extract is obtained from the aerial parts of the plant Malva sylvestris and contains anthocyanosides, flavonoids, phenolic acids like p-coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid, tannins and amino acids. These compounds impart skin benefits like increased circulation and vessel protection, reduction of Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL), anti-itch and anti-irritation effects. This product complies with the NATRUE Standard for Natural and Organic Cosmetics and vegan standards, but is not certified.
