Malco FSHS2 Standing Seam Hand Seam, 2″ Panel

The Malco FSHS2 Standing Seam Hand Seamer is a professional-grade manual seaming tool engineered for finishing 2-inch mechanical lock standing seams in metal roofing panels. It’s designed to close both the first (90°) and second (180°) stage locks of mechanical standing seam profiles, giving roofing pros precise control when working by hand — especially in tight or difficult-to-reach areas where powered seamers aren’t practical. With replaceable PVC inserts that help prevent surface scratching on painted panels and rubber grommets for improved grip during use, this seamer delivers a smooth, clean finish while reducing the risk of marring the material. The upright handle design allows for comfortable standing-position operation, and the tool pairs well with Malco’s power-assisted seamers to complete flawless seams on 2″ high, 13/16″ wide profiles. Key Features: Manual seamer for closing both first and second stage mechanical lock seams on 2″ high panels. Replaceable PVC inserts protect painted finishes during operation. Rubber grommets help prevent slipping for confident handling. Designed to pair with Malco power-assisted seamers for efficient, professional results. This tool is an essential part of metal roofing tool kits for tradespeople focused on precision seam closing, retrofit work, and finishing standing seam profiles by hand.
