Break Down Oil-Free Makeup Remover

Finally, a makeup remover that’s gentle, powerful, yet totally lash-safe. Our innovative, oil-free formula feels like water, yet emulsifies on contact to completely dissolve even long-wear eye makeup. No rubbing, no tugging and, best of all, no damage to your lashes! And unlike other removers, there’s no greasy residue. Formulated with fatty acids to dissolve makeup and prevent moisture loss, Breakdown works so well, you’ll want to use it even when you’re not wearing lashes.   DIRECTIONS: Saturate Clean Swoop Brush with makeup remover, gently working into lash line and around eye area to dissolve makeup. Wet brush with water and run over lashes to rinse.
