Maker’s Mark 46 French Oaked Bourbon Whiskey

The Foundation of Tradition: The journey of Maker's Mark 46 begins deeply rooted in the brand's time-honored tradition, where it starts as a fully matured bourbon straight from the barrel. This process reflects Maker’s Mark’s unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship. However, this bourbon diverges from the expected path, introducing a bold twist with an innovative aging technique that sets it apart from other whiskies. A Winter's Innovation: In a groundbreaking move, seared French Oak staves are added to the aging barrels, a process meticulously timed to occur only during the winter months. The slower maturation process of winter allows the wood and the spirit to interact in more subtle, refined ways, resulting in a richer, more layered complexity. The result is a whisky that blends boldness with the smooth, approachable character that Maker’s Mark is known for. This innovation is not just a variation in bourbon; it’s a celebration of the brand’s ability to push boundaries while preserving the essence of what makes Maker’s Mark a favorite among whiskey lovers.
