Cautions: Silicone mermaid tails are not for beginners. All customized products are not returnable.  Please thoroughly check the body measurements you provide before sending them to us. The MAKARA silicone mermaid tail offers excellent elasticity, making it easy to put on and take off. This tail uses a special translucent silicone for a more realistic look. The scales and fish body are molded together and hand-sewn at the joints for exceptional durability. The overall weight is 22 pounds. This tail includes a free silicone top. This silicone mermaid tail does not include a monofin. We recommend using the MAHINA monofin or the monofins available for sale on our website. Users can put on the monofin from the bottom opening of the tail. Colors can be customized according to customer preferences. Customization process: Communicate the desired colors within one week after placing the order. Additional colors do not incur extra charges. The production cycle is approximately 25 days, with shipping taking one month. From order placement to delivery, it takes about 2 months. A confirmation video will be provided before shipping. There will be a $220 Material fee for Plus Size. To preserve and maintain the mermaid tail: Do not fold or store for long periods of time (when drying, lay the silicon tail and bra flat). Avoid direct sunlight and place in a ventilated and shaded area. When putting on or taking off, do not use fingernails to pull or scratch the tail or fins. Keep away from sharp objects. Rinse with fresh water after use.   After-sales service: Repairs are available for non-man-made damage within one month, with shipping costs covered by the customer. After one month, repair fees will be charged based on the extent of the damage. For swimming videos please check out our Instagram：mertiful_mermaid
