Price as 5lb Box This item is only available for local pick up.  Grifola frondosa Product of USA Also known as Hen of the Woods, Maitake mushrooms are beloved for their smoky, meat-like flavor. Its culinary uses are endless, but our favorite way to prepare it is drizzled with olive oil and roasted at 350 for 20 minutes.  Pick-up locations include the San Francisco Ferry Building or Santa Cruz retail store, and any of our weekly farmer's markets throughout the Bay Area.  Due to the perishable nature of this product, cancellations must be placed 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date. All no-call-no-show orders will be donated to the community at the end of the business day.
