Mahjong Island

Mahjong Island puts the Lowcountry on every tile. Sand dollars stand in for the dots. Marsh grass and sweetgrass fill out the bams. A shark tooth, a horseshoe crab, a jellyfish, and a pink dolphin each take a turn as the joker. Wind tiles carry a rolling wave instead of the usual characters, painted in soft teal and blush against a sage green ground. Inspired by the Barrier Island Tile Set by Middle and Main Mahjong. If you play, you know the table is half the fun. This one wraps a birthday gift for your Tuesday group or a hostess present for the friend who keeps a set in the den. Watercolor tiles scatter across the full roll in a repeat that reads soft from across the room and detailed up close. Available in matte and glossy finish. Comes in three sizes to fit gifts of every kind. Designed in Charleston, SC. Printed in the USA. Made to order, no returns.
