Magnolia Ranch - House Plan

The Magnolia Ranch is a dreamy 3 bed ranch floor plan with a bonus room loft.  The grand living room is bathed in natural light from the huge front plate glass window and features vaulted 17ft ceilings centered on a majestic fireplace. Above, a lofted bonus room adds flexibility with a variety of possible configurations (Note this area is included in conditioned square footage).  The luxurious kitchen features dual islands, full height pantry cabinets and triple sliding glass doors out the front patio. The front patio adds tons of curb appeal and entertaining space with an optional timber trellis.  The primary bed suite enjoys an entry lounge, tons of space an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. An 8x8 walk-in closet completes the suite. Two additional roomy bedrooms each feature small walk-in closets and share a bathroom.
