Magnetic Teaching Board

Finally, an affordable magnetic demonstration board for teaching your Go class! This is a satisfying and classy setup to use in front of your students. The Frame and Magnetic Stones are available as a product Bundle (see below) for a deep discount!  If you are purchasing this to teach with, you may also be eligible for a $200 rebate in Matching Funds from the American Go Foundation. Our magnetic board is about 40" x 40". It comes with a 19x19 grid on one side, and both 13x13 and 9x9 grids on the reverse side. Purchased as a Bundle, it also includes the stand, set at perfect presentation height, along with attachable stone holders for easy access to your magnetic stones. We know you'll enjoy engaging with your students with this hands-on board. Don't settle for a projector, or waste time building a makeshift substitute - we have you covered! (Yes, Go teachers are crafty and inventive people, and you can certainly find a way to create your own magnetic baduk teaching tools with some wood, screws, spray paint, magnetic metals, and electrical tape. But let's be real, such projects are incredibly inconvenient and, if not properly executed, won't present the game in a very good light.) If you have any doubts about our discounted cost, check out the screenshot from the supplier's website. We fought hard to negotiate this deal so that you could have the best price possible.  This Board, or the Frame, or the Pieces can all be sold separately, if that is your desire.  But most customers select the Bundle option, adding the whole kit to your cart at once! You should find a button for that just below the end of this description.
