Manufactured in Germany, this M6/M8 bolt functions as a reed contact for the speed sensor of any motogadget instrument. It is 24/29mm long, has a magnet embossed in the hex head and is designed as a replacement brake rotor bolt. The neodymium magnet inside of the bolt picks up and quantifies the speed of your bike through measuring the speed of the rotations of your back tire, it will act as a point of reference for the speedometer sensor. Purchasing this add on will allow you to more easily install the speedometer sensor.
