Magnesium spray

This tiny but mighty spray has been known to support folks in so many ways. In our family we use this spray every day, even on Willow. We use it to help with things like migraines, muscle cramps, restless leg syndrome, promoting a good nights sleep, and more. We choose to use a topical spray over taking magnesium internally due to researching and learning that our bodies absorb magnesium more efficiently topically for many reasons, one being that a lot of people suffer from an impaired gut (things like sibo, ibs, digestive issues) and so your body is not able to absorb it as well internally from your gut being impaired. We love this spray and like I said, use it often. It is not uncommon for magnesium spray to cause a “stinging” effect, if this happens just apply some oil such as Avocado oil, to help. Applying to your feet is a great option and we have noticed it seems like that is a tougher part of the body that absorbs great, and the stinging doesn’t bother it as much.
