Magnesium Citrate Powder — Trimagnesium Citrate Dietary Supplement

Greenway Biotech Magnesium Citrate Powder is a single-ingredient, unflavored magnesium supplement in loose-powder form: trimagnesium citrate with no flavors, sweeteners, fillers, or flow agents. Stir one level teaspoon (about 3 g) into a glass of water or juice with a meal for at least 330 mg of magnesium, 79% of the Daily Value. The citrate form dissolves in liquid, and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements reports that soluble forms such as citrate are absorbed more completely than magnesium oxide. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy production, and bone structure.* One level teaspoon a day is the full serving; keep it level and do not take a second one, since adults should keep supplemental magnesium near 350 mg a day or less. Not a laxative product; not for external use. Ask your healthcare provider first if you have kidney disease, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. Current lot tested for heavy metals. Packaged in Madera, California in 1, 2, and 5 lb bags. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
