Magnesium Drops

We consider Magnesium one of the most important minerals needed for our bodies.  It is essential for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body and is foundational to how our brains fire, how our muscles contract, how our guts digest, and how our hearts maintain their rhythm.  It helps regulate muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and even how our DNA repairs itself.  Without it the body cannot efficiently create energy, stabilize mood, or maintain normal cardiovascular function.  Long-term deficiency is linked to higher risks of Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke & decreased longevity.  Some estimate that 45% of Americans are deficient in Magnesium.   Different kinds of magnesium target different systems in the body, so it can be somewhat confusing in deciding which carrier to choose.  So, we went on a mission to find a great overall magnesium source and happened upon Lyfely's Magnesium Drops.  Lyfely's philosophy of living fully and naturally while making wellness innovative, sustainable and transformative fits well with our philosophy.  What we like about these drops is that they contain an advanced formula that combines FOUR highly absorbable forms of magnesium to provide: relaxation and stress relief, enhanced energy production and mental clarity,  support for muscle function, nerve health and metabolism. *. Magnesium Chloride for muscle relaxation, anxiety, energy, bone health, blood sugar regulation, regulation of cholesterol levels, and nerve function/chronic pain. *.
