You will experience the umami taste thanks to the tomato, wakame seaweed, lemongrass, coconut flakes and herbs. Try it out as a seasoning in rice and pasta dishes, soups, sauces dressings or as a dip. Simply soak 2 tbsp of the umami mixture in a little water and then season with crème fraîche. It's that easy! Store in a cool, dry place.
