New Moon oil

This oil is made on the night of the New Moon for any New Moon ritual, for beginnings, fresh starts, etc. Focus herb: Lemon peel New Moon, Full Moon, and Dark Moon all share one ingredient: Mugwort essential oil. New Moon contains other Moon associated essential oils that correspond to the beginning of her phase. How do I know that Eucalyptus is an herb of the New Moon? I also use Lemon essential oil for its freshness, and I cut the Lemon peel into little sickle shapes to use as the focus herb.
