Mafaldini By Delallo

DeLallo Malfaldini Pasta is a short cut of pasta that resembles mini lasagna noodles—a variation of the longer Mafalda pasta. While Mafalda is named for the long, wavy hair of an Italian princess, these shorter noodles are shorter but with the same ribbon-like shape and curly edges. These ruffles make it the perfect pasta for capturing chunky sauces, like the classic Bolognese. - Made in Naples, Italy. - Features a superior blend of durum wheat with a high gluten and protein content. - Extruded with traditional bronze dies for a rougher surface that is better at capturing sauces. - Wide ribbon-like noodles with frilly edges. - Cooks up al dente with a tender but yielding bite. - Made in a facility free of eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. - Vegan/vegetarian. - Non-GMO.
