The dress is adjustable with a corset lace up back & lace up on waist with lace bow closure on the hip. Comes with matching lace up sequin arm bands & detachable collar with red velvet bow. The velvet bows are handmade and removable from dress. Comes with matching hand sewn beaded star choker. Please note this item is NOT ready to ship and will be made to the size you select at checkout. Please select the size you wish the dress to be made in & what Sailor Scout you would like to be! This is NOT a custom design. You may select the size & the color, the style of the dress will look like the photos below. The sequin ruffle hems may vary depending on fabric stock but will be in the same colorway you selected.
