Flexible Arm Work Light

LED Machine Shop Task Light The ML series of work lights are perfectly fitted for industrial equipment. The lights are made from Anodized aluminum and are corrosion-resistant, waterproof, and suited for high-temperature environments.    These lights are equipped with flexible joints to make it easy to direct the light with precision. They employ the latest LED technology to make the machine lights both efficient and long-lasting. The bulb has a 50,000-hour expected life. The LEDs are super bright at 830lm and the lens is designed to ensure that the light is evenly distributed. The IP65 rating makes the ML series of work lights ideal for applications where water is splashed or sprayed. The ML2 can be ordered in 24V AC/DC, 110V AC, and 220V AC versions. These task lights are often used as milling machine work lights and for workbench lights. They also work great for workstations and inspection stations.  The ML1 Work light uses the same lighthead as the ML2 version. The ML1 does not have the mechanical arm but all of the other features are the same.    The ML1 is a perfect option where space is tight, or the light will be permanently mounted and left in place. ML1 has a wide range of uses. It can be used for work cell lighting, as a led milling machine light, or for general-purpose lighting in wet environments. It is often used as workstation lighting or as a workbench light to inspect the surface finish of parts.  The ML-BR-1 work light bracket makes it easy to mount these lights on a vertical surface. They can help mount the lights to 80-20 or T slot extrusion or the sides of machinery. The bracket was designed to fit the ML1 and ML2, SP3S-NM, and M100 Lights.  Work Light Bracket  Typical Applications: CNC Machinery Lighting Milling Machine Lighting Wire EDM Machine Lighting Lathe Light Injection Molding Machine Lights Workstation Lighting Inspection Station Lighting Workbench Lighting ML1 CAD File Specifications: Certifications:     CE, RoHS, TUV, FCC Cord Length:       110V-10.5 feet, 24V - 9 feet Power:                  5W / 7.5W Input Voltage:     110V-240V or 24V AC/ 24V DC IP Rating:             IP65 Beam Angle:       35 Degrees Light Color:         6000-6500K Material:               Aluminum Housing, PC Lens, PA + 15% GF Base Working Temp:  -20 - 45 Degrees C Humidity:            10% - 90% Light Output:      90-100 lm/w Life:                       50,000 Hours CE Rated  ML2 work light specifications
