Machine Gun Kitty

In collaboration with beloved librarian and storyteller Mychal Threets, this special Back to School collection was created around one simple idea: learning should feel joyful. Inspired by Mychal’s love of libraries, storytelling, curiosity, and the belief that learning is for everyone, each print is a little reminder to embrace wonder, let love lead, and find joy in discovering something new. Thoughtfully designed to stay in place without squeezing, pulling, or causing headaches, our headbands are made to keep up wherever your story takes you — from the classroom to the library, your morning workout to your everyday adventures. Each piece is handcrafted in Springfield, Missouri using our signature buttery-soft, ultra-stretch fabric that gently hugs without pulling. The double-layer construction absorbs sweat and stays in place, while the 3-in-1 twist design gives you three effortless ways to wear it. Every start finds its reader. We hope these pieces become little reminders to stay curious, share kindness, and find a little magic in discovering something new.
