Mace (Blades)

Mace offers a milder, nuanced alternative to nutmeg, perfect for subtle flavor. Mace, the outer covering of nutmeg, provides a similar yet gentler flavor. Ideal for sweet and savory dishes where nutmeg might be too strong, it pairs beautifully with creamy foods and shellfish. Use whole blades to infuse broths or creamy sauces, allowing the flavors to develop in oil-rich environments. Details: Certified organic, fair-trade. Origin Grenada.
