Designed for beginners, this interactive class guides you through the full process—from mixing and folding the batter to piping, baking, filling, and tasting. Led by our founders, who have mastered the techniques and art of French macaron-making, the class demystifies the process through clear demonstrations and guided hands-on practice. You’ll master essential techniques like meringue preparation, macaronage, piping, and assembly, plus create a rich chocolate ganache. Flavors include timeless classics such as Milk Chocolate and Vanilla alongside modern favorites like Strawberry Guava and Churro. You’ll leave with real skills, confidence, and sweet take-homes—perfect for a fun Brooklyn activity, date night, or anyone curious about mastering this iconic dessert. WHAT YOU'LL GET A box of French macarons! KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Beginner-friendly. WHAT TO BRING This experience is open to guests 18 and over. Classes are designed to be collaborative, with guests working in small groups (typically 2 participants), sharing ingredients and equipment—just like in a real kitchen environment. Please note that beverages will not be available for purchase during the class. Water will be provided, and outside food or alcoholic beverages are not permitted on-site. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, especially if you’re attending as part of a larger group.
