MABON // Apple Cinnamon Rooibos Herbal Tea

Our MABON Herbal Tea is a blend of seasonal flowers, fruits, and herbs that evoke the feelings of early autumn. Spicy, sweet, and warming, this tea is the perfect way to kick off the slow descent into the colder half of the year. Mabon, celebrated on the autumn equinox, signifies when the day and night are of equal lengths as we move towards the darker half of the year. It is the second of three harvest festivals that take place between August and November of each year in the Northern Hemisphere. Mabon represents abundance, gratitude, prosperity, and sharing the season's bounty with others. Use this tea as part of your Mabon rituals, as offerings, or whenever you feel like leaning into the coziness of autumn. Aroma + Taste: sweet apple, fall spices, warming, mellow THE RITUAL DRINKING - Pour one cup of boiling water over one tablespoon of herbs. Allow steep for 10-15 minutes. Feel free to experiment with different amounts of tea + steep times to find your perfect cup of tea.  BATHING - Pour four cups of boiling water over ¼ cup of herbs. Allow to steep for at least 20 minutes, but can be left steeping for hours. Strain and add directly to bath water. Please compost herbs + bag when finished.
