M54 Throttle Cable Conversion Kit

The Throttle Cable Conversion Kit is engineered to convert your OEM drive-by-wire throttle body into a cable-controlled system. Designed for BMW M54 engines, this kit replaces the factory electronic throttle actuator, delivering a more responsive and direct throttle feel—perfect for high-performance builds that demand precision. By eliminating the electronic throttle actuator, this conversion restores direct control between the throttle pedal and throttle bodies, providing an analog driving experience with immediate throttle response. Whether for street or track use, the system enhances reliability by reducing the risk of actuator-related failures and bypassing potential electronic lag. Built with CNC-machined aluminum components, the bell crank and adapter ensure durability and precision. High-strength bearings further improve the system’s smooth operation, delivering a premium, long-lasting feel. This conversion is the go-to solution for enthusiasts seeking simplified and reliable throttle control without sacrificing performance. What's Included in the Kit: CNC aluminum throttle bell crank with high-strength bearings CNC aluminum adapter with mounting hardware Throttle cable for precise and smooth operation Throttle linkage to complete the analog control system This conversion kit offers seamless compatibility with M54 engines and is ideal for those looking to replace the OEM throttle actuator with cable control for improved response and reliability.
